Hi, I’m Rachel, and I joined Virtual Diamond in 2025 as a Virtual Administration Manager. I have a strong background in administration, operations, and business support, with experience in streamlining processes and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, I run a local meetup community and enjoy paddle boarding, bushcraft, and discovering new coffee spots. I’m passionate about bringing people together, exploring new places, and getting outdoors whenever I can.
